		KV Laser is available in two configurations, roadside and vehicle/tripod mounted. The same instruments can be used for both set-ups. Road Configuration This system consists of a laser detection module, data download software, and a stainless steel cabinet, supplied with fittings for easy installation on any road-side pole. Power can be internally supplied via on optional battery pack, or externally from a nearby power source. This system is suitable for long term surveys. Vehicle/Tripod Configuration This version includes a laser detection module , data download software, battery pack, window mounting bracket and transport case. The system can be mounted on a car window or on a tripod for short term surveys.
